About Eswari Guduru
If you have landed here, you probably want to know one thing before trusting anyone with your family's money: who is this person, and can I rely on her? This page answers that plainly — my registrations you can verify yourself, what I actually do, who I serve, and the one principle that shapes everything: Fix First. Invest Second.
Who I am
I am Guduru Anantha Eswari Rajeswari — most people simply call me Eswari. I am an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor based in Boduppal, Hyderabad, and I work with families across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and with NRIs from our region. To date I have served 50+ families across India and 10+ NRI families. I work in Telugu, English and Tamil, because money conversations are hard enough without a language barrier in the middle of them.
Credentials you can verify yourself
Trust in financial services should never rest on claims — it should rest on registrations you can check. Here are mine, with the means to verify them:
- AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor — ARN-309076, valid to 22 September 2027. Verify on the AMFI registry →
- Authorised Person, Kotak Securities — NSE AP AP0291573301, NCDEX AP 127627 (Kotak SEBI Reg. INZ000200137).
- IRDAI-certified PoSP (Point of Sale Person) for insurance, via InsuranceDekho.
- Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM), Level 1 — AAFM India.
- NISM-certified — Mutual Fund Distributors Certification (NISM Series V-A), the SEBI-mandated exam for mutual fund distributors.
- MBA in Finance — Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada.
If a financial professional cannot point you to a registry where you can confirm who they are, that is a reason to pause. I would rather you check mine.
Why I work the way I do
In my practice I kept seeing the same heartbreaking pattern. Families did not lose money because the market fell. They lost access to it because of broken paperwork — a KYC that was never validated, a nominee that was never registered, share certificates nobody knew existed, investments scattered across apps that no one could find when it mattered most. I have seen families spend months and real legal fees trying to claim money that was already theirs.
That is what shaped my approach. Picking a fund is the easy, glamorous part. Making sure your money is sound, organised and reachable — by you today and by your family tomorrow — is the part that actually protects people. So that is where I start.
Fix First. Invest Second.
This is my entire philosophy in four words. Before I discuss a single fund, I help you fix the foundations: get your KYC to "Validated," register and align your nominees, trace any unclaimed or forgotten money, and consolidate scattered investments so your whole financial picture is in one clear place. Only then does choosing investments make sense.
I have structured this into a framework I call R.I.G.H.T. — Readiness (fix the foundations), Intelligent profiling (understand your real risk personality), Goal mapping (give every rupee a named purpose), Hassle-free execution (set it up cleanly, online), and Total review (revisit it together, regularly). It is not a sales funnel; it is the order in which these things should actually be done.
What I help with
My work covers the problems most people struggle to find clear help for, alongside ordinary goal planning:
- Resolving rejected or On-Hold KYC under the 2025 SEBI rules
- Nominee and estate readiness, so your family is never left searching
- Tracing and reclaiming unclaimed shares, dividends and deposits
- Mutual fund transmission after a death
- Goal-based investing, risk profiling, SIP planning and tax-saving
Who I serve, and how
I work with families across South India — Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu — and with NRIs from these states, in Telugu, English and Tamil. The whole process can be done from your phone: the Risk Compass, KYC, SIP setup and bank mandate are all digital, with a short video call where needed. No office visit, no physical forms.
How I am paid — full transparency
When you invest through me in regular mutual fund plans, the Asset Management Company pays me a trail commission from the scheme's expense ratio. You do not pay me a separate fee for distribution, and the commission does not come on top of your investment — it is already built into the regular plan's expense ratio. I believe you should know exactly how the person guiding you earns, which is why I explain it openly rather than leaving you to wonder.
An honest note on my role
I am an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser. That distinction matters and I will not blur it. My role is to help you with mutual fund distribution and the administrative foundations around it, and to educate — not to provide personalised investment advice or suitability assessments under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations 2013. For tax matters please consult a chartered accountant, and for Wills and legal succession please consult a lawyer; those are their fields, not mine. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme related documents carefully.

She serves families across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and NRIs in Telugu, English and Tamil, specialising in fixing financial foundations — KYC, nominees, unclaimed wealth and transmission — before investing.
Is Eswari Guduru a registered mutual fund distributor?
Yes. She holds AMFI registration ARN-309076, valid to 22 September 2027, which can be verified on the AMFI registry. She is also an Authorised Person of Kotak Securities (NSE AP AP0291573301, NCDEX AP 127627) and an IRDAI-certified PoSP.

How can I verify Eswari Guduru's credentials?
Her AMFI registration ARN-309076 can be verified directly on the AMFI 'locate your mutual fund distributor' registry. Her NSE Authorised Person status is verifiable through NSE's registered-intermediary records.
